# Kibana build version 7.2.x-SNAPSHOT

Hey guys,  
I am building a Kibana from the repo.  
When builds completes, i get version as: "version: 7.2.2-SNAPSHOT".  
Is there a way to get the version to "7.2.0"?

Patch releases of Kibana are built on the same branch, so unless you revert commits back to when it was 7.2.0, you can only get 7.2.2-snapshot from the 7.2 branch, which is basically 7.2.1 with some extra PRs merged in.
