# Kibana cloud doesn't load

Hey,

I just started the free trial of the Kibana cloud. I clicked on the launch under Kibaba, but it doesn't get loaded in the Webbrowser " This site can’t be reached". Please help.

You can reach out to cloud support using the "Help" menu in the sidebar:
