# Kibana compare two date range

Hi,

I have a problem with alerts. I want to set alert for compare known two different time range. For example, compare today and last thursday. If value greater than threshold, fire alert with email.

Can I do that reason?

If you have watcher, you can easily do that. I believe you need a license to do that.
