# Kibana could not monitoring filebeat

my filebeat verion is 6.2.3 .the elasticsearch version is 6.6.1.kibana version is also 6.6.1.I have enabled filebeat x-pack monitoring . but the kibana could not monitoring filebeat.

I suggest you upgrade Filebeat to the same minor 6.6.x.

@pierhugues thanks for response,but I can not do this ,beacause my os version is RHEL 5.7.It can not run filebeat 6.6.1.

I believe you should be able to install the lastest version and be sync on the minor if you use our repository at [https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/rpm.html](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/rpm.html).
