# Kibana Dashboard showing parser errors on date filter. Error: "failed to parse date field \[1542281539000\] with format \[yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSSZ\]"

I have an index with field "timeCreated". In the format yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSSZ. It is mapped in the field mapping template and shows up as **MMMM Do YYYY, HH:mm:ss.SSS** in the field on Kibana.

I have created a visualization using tables like this:

When added to the dashboard and clicked on filter view for value

I get the following error:

I am not sure what am I doing wrong. Please let me know if I can provide more information.
