Are you looking to:

1. Explore ECS with visualizations?
2. Have a starting point for visualizing ECS data produced by some data source(s)?

If no. 1, there's a [past post](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/dec-4th-2019-en-explore-elastic-common-schema-ecs-with-elasticsearch-and-kibana/209867) that walks through the steps, including a [link](https://gist.github.com/webmat/c2c3d0bb4bd8b8bf459cbc93f4018d6c) with an importable dashboard.

If no. 2, integration packages map to ECS and ship with visualizations/dashboards are good examples for a starting point: [apache package](https://github.com/elastic/integrations/tree/master/packages/apache/kibana)
