# Kibana Dev Tools Console does not execute full \_bulk request

Description: When running a valid Elasticsearch Bulk API request in Kibana Dev Tools Console, the console does not appear to process all NDJSON operations as a single request. Example: POST /logs/\_bulk {"create":{}} {"@timestamp":"2026-07-24T11:01:00Z","message":"Health check passed","log.level":"INFO","service.name":"api-gateway"} {"create":{}} {"@timestamp":"2026-07-24T11:01:05Z","message":"Disk usage at 95 percent","log.level":"ERROR","service.name":"monitoring"} Actual result: HTTP 400 Validation Failed: 1: no requests added; Expected result: Both documents should be indexed successfully by the Bulk API. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Kibana 2. Go to Dev Tools \> Console 3. Paste the Bulk API request above 4. Run the complete request 5. Observe the 400 error Additional information: The issue continues after adding a trailing newline and running the complete request.

What is the ELK version ?

When trying this in 9.4.x version, it works :
