# Kibana did not load properly. Check the server output for more information-6.4.3

I get this error when i try to login to a remote server.The ports are open and we are able to see the results of elasticsearch from our machines.Please help.This is the console output I get from firefox and I have tried in other browsers too.But the same response.

Hey @diya, are you running Kibana 6.7? Kibana 6.7.0 introduced a CSP policy, which is potentially preventing a script from being loaded. However, the title mentions 6.4.3, which would disqualify this potential cause.
