# Kibana didn't load properly when I redirect from external authentication URL

Hi Team,

I have 5 node cluster on which Kibana is running on 2 node. I have a separate authentication screen for Kibana and I have common URL. When I hit the URL it will hit the load balancer and it will redirect to any one of the kibana node.

I am getting error on kibana page when I tried to login via the authentication page.

And its my analysis from the browser tool.

Do we need to add any configuration .. Please let me know if any changes required.

hi @rajkamalkool6,

Trying to understand the issue.

- Are you using Xpack as your security layer, or do you have a separate login setup (e.g. basic auth) on the common URL?
- Can you also paste the output of the Kibana-server?
