# Kibana doesn't respond when I create Elastic AI Assistant

I am used Elasticsearch version 8.11.3. When I try to create an Elastic AI Assistant and click the Add Generative AI Connector button, Kibana gives an error "[ERROR][http] 500 Server Error". Why? What can I try.
