# Kibana export csv error

I face some problem when I want to export formatted CSV during the specific time range. When I click the "formatted" button, nothing happens ☹ However, download the raw data is work.

I have checked the Elasticsearch log file, nothing special during the specific time range.

Kibana version: 5.4
