# Kibana - Failed to launch chrome!

Hi:

I have Ubuntu server, downloaded tar, extracted it and trying to run.  
Also installed bunch of packages from: [https://github.com/puppeteer/puppeteer/blob/main/docs/troubleshooting.md](https://github.com/puppeteer/puppeteer/blob/main/docs/troubleshooting.md) (see "Chrome headless doesn't launch on UNIX" ) however getting the following error:

Hi  
sorry to hear, so chrome is used for generating reports, did you have a look at our reporting troubleshooting page?

If that doesn't help, I can ask people with deeper knowledge of chromium linux problems
