# Kibana integration with Prometheus

Is it possible to integrate Kibana with Prometheus ? (plugins or other source)  
We are working on a platform monitoring project for that we need this info.  
I have gone thru some of the documentation /UIs etc and I have not found anything so far. Please help me

Kibana isn't made to work with any datasource other than Elasticsearch. You could use Logstash or some other tool to copy your Prometheus data into Elasticsearch, and then it would be available for Kibana to use. Kibana won't be able to use the data in Prometheus directly.
