# Kibana login error

HI Team,  
I have kibana 6.4.0 in my production box. When i try to login in kibana i'm getting below error and without changing anything in username and password when i hit again i'm redirect into kibana discover page. could any one help me on this.

@Ganesh2303,

Can you enable verbose logging by setting `logging.verbose: true` in your `kibana.yml`, and post the result after restarting and trying to login?

What does your setup look like? Are you using a reverse-proxy or high-availability setup?
