# Kibana Login Issues

I'm having trouble logging into Kibana. Previously, I was able to log in without any problems. I've entered all of my credentials correctly and have even tried using a different browser, but I still can't get in.

Hi @Rohan_Nayak You will need to provide much more information if you would like help. Please try to answer the questions / guidance below.

Previously Worked What Changed?

What Version are you on? Did you upgrade?

Have you look at the Kibana Logs, if so are there error messages, if so can you post them.

Have you look at the elasticsearch Logs, if so are there error messages, if so can you post them.

As mentioned by @stephenb you need to check the logs of both Kibana and Elasticsearch.

One hint, check the elasticsearch logs to see if you have any disk space issue, if the disk for your elasticsearch data node if full, this will impact in Kibana in away that you will not be able to login.

I have checked the logs of elasticsearch and kibana and it was storage issue now i have increased it and able to login kibana

Hello @stephenb @leandrojmp

I am again facing same issue not able to open kibana . I have noticed in elasticserach it says that Caused by: java.io.IOException: No space left on device just need a help how to manage the size of index and incoming logs of the services to elasticsearch
