# Kibana not loading properly. Check the server output for more information

Hi @Peter_Holm. Can you try the instructions posted [here](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/kibana-did-not-load-properly-check-the-server-output-for-more-information-kibana-not-working/186224/12) and see if there is a difference in size? This could indicate a truncated response from your VPN.

Do you also see this issue with other browsers such as Chrome? Sometimes browser plugins can cause issues.
