i have installed elasticsearch and it is running but kibana is throwing below error:

log [00:40:42.667] [warning][savedobjects-service] Unable to connect to Elasticsearch. Error: resource\_already\_exists\_exception
log [00:40:42.670] [warning][savedobjects-service] Another Kibana instance appears to be migrating the index. Waiting for that migration to complete. If no other Kibana instance is attempting migrations, you can get past this message by deleting index .kibana\_task\_manager\_1 and restarting Kibana.

Welcome to our community! 😃

Do you have other Kibana instances running? If not you can try to delete the `.kibana_1` index as it mentions.

Why does it happen so often that kibana does not startup and one has to manually delete the index? It happens on about 50% of the upgrades I do.
