# Kibana Reporting issue

Hi,

I am facing this issue when I try to create a Kibana dashboard report.

```auto
No report generated
ReportingError(code: browser_screenshot_error) "Protocol error (Emulation.setTouchEmulationEnabled): Target closed"

```

- What is your `xpack.reporting.queue.timeout` setting set to?
- How's our RAM and CPU looking when you attempt to generate the report?

xpack.reporting.queue.timeout has been edited to 30 Minutes and same problem,

Thanks for sharing @Mahmoud0x. I believe you have a decryption issue justing by the below in the logs:

Are you configuring the `reporting.encryptionKey` property, or have you changed it recently? Have you trying to access a report in a different space? I would check these things as per the below threads:

Ok, did you follow the Resolution steps and the [key rotation guide](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/176528#issuecomment-1936330383) as listed in the issue?

Did you also set the `decryptionOnlyKeys` setting to have the old key?

> If the `encryptionKey` was changed manually, make sure that the old key is set as `decryptionOnlyKeys` , e.g.

It can be set in the `kibana.yml` as covered [here](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/xpack-security-secure-saved-objects.html#encryption-key-rotation) in the documentation.

What do you mean by "Kibana is not working"? Can you share the error message?
