Hi All,

I installed kibana-7.2.0-linux-x86\_64 and the service is getting down at least weekly once. Got the following error message in kibana.log at the time of service down.

**--- log snip --**
{"type":"error","@timestamp":"2021-10-04T15:52:40Z","tags":["connection","client","error"],"pid":9064,"level":"error","error":{"message":"Parse Error","name":"Error","stack":"Error: Parse Error","code":"HPE\_INVALID\_URL"},"message":"Parse Error"}

Please help to resolve this issue.

Hi,

Do you have any proxy in between Kibana and Elasticsearch?
Which Elasticsearch version are you sing?
Any chance you could upgrade both Elasticsearch and Kibana into the latest released version?

Cheers

FYI 7.2 is very well past it's [EOL](https://www.elastic.co/support/eol) and is no longer supported, please upgrade your stack.
