KIBANA - STATE POP-UP DISPLAYS AMOUNT ONLY IN REGION MAP

First time when the region map visualization is loaded, only amount is displayed. If any filter is applied on the map, then it starts showing state name as well.

Once it is showing the state, if we drag the map again, the state will not be shown again.

Dragging the map is making the popup to show/not show State in Kibana7.10.0.

Can you please look into this issue?

Can you provide steps to recreate the problem?

Also, can you re-create the problem in a recent release like 8.8.2? 7.10 is not longer maintained.
