Hello,

I'm on version 8.5.1 and just saw that Kibana still warns about two or more policies having the same Schedule.

![Screenshot from 2022-12-01 17-28-17](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/elastic/original/3X/e/c/ec74c3360d4da428f03953f112798c759868f6c8.png)

From elasticsearch [documentation](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/snapshots-take-snapshot.html#create-snapshot-considerations) this is not an issue as multiple snapshots can be taken at the same time.

> - You can take multiple snapshots at the same time. The [`snapshot.max_concurrent_operations`](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/snapshot-settings.html#snapshot-max-concurrent-ops) cluster setting limits the maximum number of concurrent snapshot operations.

I first saw this warning on version 7.16 and posted [here](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/remove-kibana-message-about-overlapping-snapshots/296350), but it seems that it still showing this message.

Should I open a bug report?

Yeah I think that'd be good. This may be an implementation delta between Elasticsearch being able to run them, and the way Kibana interacts with SLM, but that's just a guess and it'd be worth clarifying either way.

Just saw that there is already an [issue](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/101007) about it.
