Hello,
I have a question about visualizations using a table - for booking sw. I have data in Kibana that contains room name, user name, time from and to, event time,.... and id. Every booking, confirmation and change comes to my Kibana as a new record which contains everything. I would need to make a table listing the 10 most used and 10 least used rooms by booked time (or a formula to calculate average usage), but I don't know exactly how to select only the most recent record with a unique id each time. Could someone please advise me? Thank you

Hi @TheyCallMeTrinity Welcome to the Commuity!

Although I _think_ I may understand what you are looking for I think perhaps if you showed us several sample "rows" of data and what you want as a result it would be easier for us to help.

I finally managed to solve it by transforming
