I am running filebeats, elastic and kibana from same vm on AWS. I have elastic showing updates from filebeats. However Kibana wont show UI. I have opened all access thru the security group on EC2, but it doesnt work, I cant curl the external IP either. Could it be because I am running these apps from command line , rather than installing them as systemd service? Please let me know.

FYI - tracert to IP with port 5601 generates a response. So I know we can get to that public IP.

Can you post the logs for kibana and `kibana.yml`?

Please close this case, turned out to be a network port blocking issue.
