# Kibana UI session timeout issue

Hi..,  
I am using ECK, for my kibana instance I am frequently getting session timeout issue, and also the search becomes really slow...,  
I am using kibana - 7.9.2  
I am attaching the screenshot for reference

I went ahead and moved this over to the Kibana section as it seems like you will likely get better help related to troubleshooting Kibana performance there.

Hi @Anya_Sabo ,

I am not getting proper replies from the team . I am facing issues from the Kibana side.  
We are just thinking to use all this ELK stuff in production and later we might need platinum licence as well for oidc, but the response is not good so far.
