# Kibana Update

Hello everybody,
I should update my kibana version so that we can use mathematical functions at work, our Kibana version is 4.5.3 and elasticsearch version is 2.3.4.
I searched in internet and found ==\> [https://www.elastic.co/products/upgrade\_guide](https://www.elastic.co/products/upgrade_guide)
and then as i understood I have to talk to Kibana because of that...I have installed Postman and for first step tried ==\>"http: // devvs129: 5601 / \_snapshot / my\_backup"
ande in Key -H in Value kbn-version:4.5.3
but then I have the error message =\>

"message": "Missing kbn-version header"
}
am very happy if someone can help me with this,ELK is a newland for me ☹
