Fixed:

Added xpack.monitoring.elasticsearch.username and xpack.monitoring.elasticsearch.password to my kibana.yml, as described by @tsullivan in [X-Pack Monitoring screen error after ES upgrade](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/x-pack-monitoring-screen-error-after-es-upgrade/93602/5).
