# Kubernetes state\_pod, state\_node, state\_container information missing in Kubernetes dashboard

Hi there,  
I am unable to get the kube-state -metrics in the Kibana Kubernetes dashboard.  
I have checked in the discover tab and find that the kube-state-metrics server is getting connected during some instances of time but no connection is being established at other time instants.  
My ELK version is 6.8.1  
Metricbeat - 6.8.1

Please Help!.
