# Launch canvas workpad as front page of kibana

Hi, can we launch kibana workpad as front page of kibana?

not quite.

It depends on what exactly you want.

Is this to restrict access to the rest of Kibana and just have end-users view the workpad?

If so, with the upcoming feature controls feature (an upcoming minor in v7, [https://github.com/elastic/kibana/pull/31652](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/pull/31652)), you'd be able to do just that.
