I am an instructor in Korea, specializing in training on "Data Analysis with Elasticsearch."

Recently, I received a complaint from a local Elastic partner, claiming that only they are authorized to provide such training in Korea.
I want to know whether Elastic grants exclusive training rights to its partners when entering into partnership agreements.
Additionally, I would also like to know if there is a separate license that is intended solely for educational purposes.

Thank you for your time and clarification. I look forward to your response.
