I’m interested in getting a list of states/reasons on why an Elasticsearch cluster would be in the RED state. Is there a full list somewhere within the Elasticsearch documentation?

I would then like to take this a step further and intentionally put my Elasticsearch cluster in the different red states one at a time, to get better at fixing Elasticsearch when these scenarios happen for real. I’m wondering if anyone has seen some documentation that might explain how to intentionally modify Elasticsearch settings “or data” to force Elasticsearch into the various RED states?

This post is pretty good: [https://www.elastic.co/blog/red-elasticsearch-cluster-panic-no-longer](https://www.elastic.co/blog/red-elasticsearch-cluster-panic-no-longer), but I was hoping to get a more complete/exhaustive list.
