# Login from external application to kibana

Hi,
I need help for login from external application to Kibana with the same credentials . I don't want my application users to login again in kibana. My Application user's login credentials are saved in postgresql.

Hi, some of Kibana's functionality is available through the [REST API](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/master/using-api.html). You can maybe leverage some of that to achieve what you need.
