In Kibana Logs app, is there a way to add a filter (similarly to the way it's possible to do in the Discover app)?

There isn't a separate UI for filters in the Logs app... but you can still apply any filters via the input box at the top, which accepts [KQL](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/kuery-query.html).

[Here's an example URL](https://demo.elastic.co/app/infra#/logs/stream?_g=()&flyoutOptions=(flyoutId:vli4KXIBR-NLiIC7GCS1,flyoutVisibility:hidden,surroundingLogsId:!n)&logFilter=(expression:'event.dataset:%22sample_web_logs%22',kind:kuery)&logPosition=(position:(tiebreaker:11287,time:1589707973704),streamLive:!f)) which applies a filter in our demo environment.
