# Logs reflecting late in kibana

Hi Team,  
Logs are reflecting after 20 min after the generation for a particular service. How can I sort this out.

Often this is because the datetime in the logs is not matching up to the timestamp field used by elastic. If you could provide a sample of the data in question that would help know for sure.
