# Logstach 2.3.4 is not working

I am using Logstach 2.3.4 and elastic search 2.3.5 on windows 10.  
but when I tried to insert data into the elastic search using Logstach its not working its only show  
"io/console not supported; tty will not be manipulated  
Settings: Default pipeline workers: 4  
Pipeline main started"

I am using this command in command prompt of logstach bin dir: logstash -f first-pipeline.conf

and first-pipeline.conf:  
input {  
file {  
path =\> "/tmp/access\_log"  
start\_position =\> "beginning"  
}  
}

filter {  
grok {  
match =\> { "message" =\> "%{COMBINEDAPACHELOG}" }  
}  
date {  
match =\> ["timestamp" , "dd/MMM/yyyy:HH:mm:ss Z"]  
}  
}

output {  
elasticsearch { hosts =\> ["localhost:9200"] }  
stdout { codec =\> rubydebug }  
}

What happens if you run `echo hello >> /tmp/access_log`?

What are the permissions of the log file (`ls -l /tmp/access_log`)?
