# Logstash 5.1.2 connection refused

Greetings  
im trying to install a gem file that I copied over from another server. I am getting the following error message:  
**Something went wrong when installing logstash-myfilter message: Connection refused - Connection refused**  
Any suggestions for me please?

Does that server have full network connectivity? Perhaps you need to go through a proxy?
