# Logstash 6 config

i install logstash from logstash.gz my question is where i set my input, filter and output file? and also how can restart logstash for set my config file?

i road it and set my config directly where a document said but my kibana doesn't show my index. and i get this comment in Terminal  
➜ bin ./logstash -f access.conf
