# Logstash 7.2 JVM heap size limit restricted to 1gb

Hello all!  
Cann't set both jvm.options -Xms and -Xmx limit to the value that higher than 1g. I can erase this settings. But with higher values service doesn't start on Windows 12gb RAM machine. Any suggestions?
