# Logstash Bad url error

Hi,  
Im using logstash new version 5.2.0. Im facing issue while running the bat file in windows. Please find the message below,

Command to run:

C:\>C:\logstash-5.2.0\bin\logstash.bat --path.settings C:/logstash-5.2.0/config -f C://ddoa.conf

Error:  
Sending Logstash's logs to C:/logstash-5.2.0/logs which is now configured via lo  
g4j2.properties  
[2017-02-13T03:32:39,807][ERROR][logstash.agent] failed to fetch pipe  
line configuration {:message=\>"URI scheme not supported: C://ddoa.conf\nEither p  
ass a local file path or "file|http://" URI"}
