# Logstash bulk request failures: Connection reset by peer / NO\_VALID\_CONNECTION\_AVAILABLE

Hi Team,

I am facing repeated bulk request failures in Logstash while sending data to Elasticsearch.

Error: Connection reset by peer error.type: Manticore::SocketException error.class:

LogStash::Outputs::Elasticsearch::HttpClient::Pool::HostUnreachableError

Environment:

Elasticsearch: 8.17.x

Logstash: 8.17.x

Any guidance would be much appreciated.

As Tortoise said, check logs, make sure that ES is working.
