# Logstash couchdb\_changes plugin with a host different from localhost

I would like to connect to a Couchdb database that has a url with a slash i.e hosted in a different server.

ELK version 6.0.0  
Here's my config file

input {  
couchdb\_changes{  
host =\> ['[app.mysite.org/db/](http://app.mysite.org/db/)' ]  
username =\> 'admin'  
password =\> 'strong\_password\_123'  
#port =\>5984  
db =\>'elk\_database'  
keep\_id =\> true  
keep\_revision =\> true  
initial\_sequence =\>1  
}  
}

Error Log:-
