# Logstash daylight saving time issue

So I'm having the exact same issue @Mahdi_Davoodi was having here: [Logstash date timezone](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/logstash-date-timezone/336803/1) but with the America/Mexico\_City timezone since Mexico stopped observing daylight saving time.

Same behavior, the tzdata is the latest but the Logstash input pipelines don't execute when they're supposed to, wondering if someone has any answers at this point.
