# Logstash Error onstomp

I'm no longer seeing messages in my KIbana dashboard. When I restart all of the services I'm getting a stop error which is: Error: OnSTomp::ConnectionTimeoutError  
the error stack points to /usr/share/logstash/vendor/bundle/jruby/2.5.0/gems/omstomp-1.0.12/lob/onstomp/connections/base.rb:266:in
