# Logstash-input-file read all txt data

I want to read all txt data,so I set configuration:  
codec =\> multiline {  
pattern =\> "EOF"  
negate =\> true  
what =\> "previous"  
auto\_flush\_interval =\> 1  
charset=\>"GBK"  
}  
but I can get all txt data except the Last line of data  
so how can I do to get really all the data
