# Logstash Input TCP error Netty libraies

HI Team,  
Recently we upgraded our logstash-input-tcp from 5.0.9 to 5.2.0 there are SSL errors in the log file.

> [2020-11-04T00:00:51,384][ERROR][logstash.inputs.tcp] Error in Netty pipeline: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: error:100000f7:SSL routines:OPENSSL\_internal:WRONG\_VERSION\_NUMBER  
> [2020-11-04T00:00:53,384][ERROR][logstash.inputs.tcp] Error in Netty pipeline: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: error:100000f7:SSL routines:OPENSSL\_internal:WRONG\_VERSION\_NUMBER

My current logstash version is 6.4.0

Can anyone help me on this issue. thanks in advance
