# Logstash JDBC input plugin: Java::OrgPostgresqlUtil::PSQLException: An I/O error occurred while sending to the backend

I encountered this problem some time ago and have not been able to find a good solution. Finally, after I modified the configuration in the jvm.options file, the problem did not occur again. The original configuration "-Xms1g" and "-Xmx1g" was changed to "-Xms5g" and "-Xmx5g".
