# Logstash launch on Windows 7

Hi,

Maybe it will help someone.  
I installed Logstash-6.2.2 on Windows 7 for testing. Starting Logstash just did nothing: no error, no success.

If you face the issue just add  
**exit /b 0**  
as last line of **logstash-6.2.2\bin\setup.bat** file.
