# Logstash.licensechecker.licensemanager ERROR

Hello everybody,

I'm facing a problem when i start or restart the logstash service 🙂

[**_2018-09-18T11:01:23,207][ERROR][logstash.licensechecker.licensemanager] Unable to retrieve license information from license server {:message=\>"No Available connections", :class=\>"LogStash::Outputs::ElasticSearch::HttpClient::Pool::NoConnectionAvailableError"}_**

I don't know why this message is logged.

My logstash version is 6.2.3

You'll probably want to disable the X-pack monitoring, configured via logstash.yml.
