# Logstash multiple tcp inputs with different ports

Hi,

Is it possible to use 2 tcp ports in the input of the logstash for different types?

input {  
tcp{  
port =\> 5000  
type =\> "syslog"  
}  
}  
tcp{he  
port =\> 6000  
type =\> "eventlogs"  
}  
}

I tried on the above configuration but was not able to recieve logs( I am receiving logs from the same host).
