# Logstash need server restart

I'm using logstash feeds to take data from json file then filter it and pass it to elastic search. Each time to run logstash feeds I need to restart the whole server, otherwise logstash is causing errors. Is there any solution to it ?

You need to provide more information.

What error are you getting? Share your error logs.

What is your pipeline?

How are you running logstash, as a service or using the cli?
