I have filebeat, logstash and elastic all on same vm. I followed the tutorial instructions to load sample apache logs from filebeats to logstash. But that has not created index in elasticsearch. Please help. ---

Please attach your Logstash log. You can start Logstash with debug mode and provide the output. DEBUG=1 ./logstash ..... ---

I used filebeats to feed elastic directly. This is resolved. ---
